It is not really exactly reading, but more of like looking at how people  fashion up themselves on the daily basis.

am twenty-one, nothing great.

September 26, 2009

a birthday party?

Boring.
Troublesome.
Tiring.
Nothing surprising.

Nope, nope, nope.
simple will do.

All the hardwork and staying up late at work paid off ! I got a little praise and applauses from my colleages. Statistics show that I have done more files than what my title should handle. I handle on an average of 560 files, while my senior supervior is doing 610 files. That’s mean I have done almost like a supervisor. Well, of course, a little mess though. So my senior executive insists to do a reshuffling of ports to reduce the number of files handle by me. Well, my colleage who is only handling 280 files on average, was a bit on resisting handling more. I was a bit like why. In the beginning of the meeting, my boss wanted her to do Jebel Ali, which is the most tacky ports I’m handling, she didn’t want. Okay fine, then we said Vietnam ports, which consists of Ho Chi Minh, Haiphong, which has been easy port to do, she resists too. So in the end, I throwed back Manila port to her, which was previous hand over by her to me when I give up doing Hong Kong port. Hmmm… Actually, I’m really fine if they didn’t do any reshuffling, because I wanted to push myself even more. Though I am handling a lot files that what I should, I’m fine with it as I’m improving and learning to cope with my time management. I wish to continue like this, but of course I’m dragging everyone down by unable to close those files within two days. From next month onwards, I have lesser files, but still about 500 files, I have to show more improvement in timeliness billing and dealing w problems. :) :):) way to go then.

living environment

September 20, 2009

In this life, there is always someone out there trying to knock us down.
But as long as we don’t knock ourselves down, we can succeed.

keeping running, regardless what.

another operation

September 16, 2009

My dad is going for another operation on his leg.
I hope he’ll be fine.
I hope for the best.
I hope my mum is going to be alright too.

Trying to be positive,
it’s hard to be.

frowning at these photos.

September 13, 2009

sa_bisonI frowned when I saw these photos, by Sam Abell, National Geographic, 1985.
Bison heads emerge from the snow, are they been buried or die because of harsh environment?

How true it is that age of truly wild animals is over?
I started to question myself.
In silence, not over.
In belief, that’s time to save.
